Can’t place an order online for a store in the US? Our concierge shopping service will have our personnel shop in person for you.

Prerequisite of this service is our balikbayan box service. If you aren’t able to place an order online, we will have our personnel shop in person for you. Travel time would be max of 1 hour from zip code 07005.

Upon confirmation of the item to purchase, a new product will be created exclusively for the customer that would include the service fee of $60 + the cost of the item so a payment can be made.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
